Kelsey Elizabeth Moore is a pageant titleholder from Chandler, Arizona who won the Miss Texas USA title and will competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2010.
Moore, a resident of El Paso, Texas, became the first state winner from that city since Christine Friedel won the title in 1994. She was also the first winner in many years who had not previously competed in the pageant, the first in many years from out of state and the youngest winner since 2007.
